My name is Robyn, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona. I have been in the field since 2012. I have experience working in a variety of environments, populations, and diagnoses. My approach to therapy is holistic and focuses on treating the mind, body, and spirit.
Currently, my focus is on helping those who suffer from diagnosed or undiagnosed chronic illness find healing through recognizing and understanding the impact of trauma (attachment, PTSD, CPTSD) on the whole person, then releasing that trauma for symptom improvement.
I am equally passionate about helping clients integrate psychedelic experiences (MAPS trained) for greater therapeutic gain and spiritual growth.
I work with adult clients 18+.
I utilize Internal Family Systems (IFS, level 1), yoga/meditation/breath work. (YTT 200), and biofeedback as tools to help us reach your wellness goals.
I offer private pay session options: 2hr intake/goal seeing ($300), 90 min extended sessions (1 modality $225), 2-3 hour intensive sessions (2 or more modalities $150/hr).

My goal as a therapist is to build a collaborative relationship in which you may feel supported in reconnecting with your authentic self. I provide a space of empathy, curiosity, and compassion for you to engage in self-reflection and explore ways to initiate changes in your life.
I have experience working with adults, adolescents, and couples through a variety of concerns including depression, anxiety, interpersonal challenges, self-esteem, transitions, struggles with spirituality and/or religion, grief & loss, and trauma.
My therapeutic approach is influenced by psychodynamic, family systems, humanistic-existential, attachment, and liberation psychology theories. I practice as a LGBTQIA+ affirmative, poly, kink affirmative clinician, committed to multicultural humility and a trauma-informed focus. Humans are as dynamic as the environments we come from, and I believe it is imperative to situate client concerns within the relevant social, cultural, and systemic contexts. I value holistic healing that addresses wellness as it relates to the mind, body, and spirit.
Please feel free to reach out with any questions you may have. I would be honored to work with you on your healing journey toward living your most empowered life!

Hello! Happy you are here, and grateful to be a part of your journey. In life, there is so much to be proud of, but I firmly believe that working on oneself and choosing to continue to grow is one of the most powerful and special decisions we can make for ourselves and our relationships. My goal is to walk with you through making that choice, learn more about you, and create a safe environment where you can be authentic, vulnerable, and be understood.
I received my Masters in Social Work from the University of Denver and have a range of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and older adults. I spent some time as an advocate at the District Attorney's Office in Colorado and worked with victims of various crimes, developing trauma-informed practices, crisis interventions, and deep understanding of domestic violence, grief, and anxiety.
Using therapeutic modalities and skills including but not limited to, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness Practices, Strength-Based Approaches, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Holistic Therapy and Approaches, we will work together to move towards healing and growth and develop strategies to help overcome personal obstacles in life.
In my spare time, I love being outdoors with my family, traveling, trying new foods, and exploring local coffee shops!
Excited to meet you and looking forward to the positive work we will accomplish together.

Hi! Each of us walks our own path. The majority of my experience includes working with adults dealing with anxiety, childhood trauma and depression. I work primarily from a trauma-informed perspective and help clients reconnect and build relationships with all parts of themselves. Other areas of exploration include grief & loss, relationships, stress, childhood abuse & neglect, and psychosomatic symptoms. As a first-generation Middle Eastern, I wholeheartedly understand adverse experiences and systemic oppression which many culturally diverse communities grew up around.
I often use Internal Family Systems, Person-Centered and Psychodynamic approaches to my work with clients. I am also heavily influenced by Jungian Analysis and value the analysis of dreams throughout my work with clients. I believe understanding and processing the past using compassion and deep curiosity is the key to living with fulfillment in the present.
I am honored to walk beside your path to healing and self-realization. I am happy to help answer any questions you may have. Feel free to reach out and schedule a consultation if you're interested in working with me.

I work with teens and adults to help them through struggles with phases of life, dealing with depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, medical issues affecting mental health, general stress, the “I feel like something is wrong with me but I don’t know what it is” struggle, and all the other common things that affect us. I work with families, couples, and individuals who need someone to help balance everything, learn coping and communication skills, and create healthy boundaries. We will process any trauma that may be related and causing additional stress in your life along the way. I love working together with others to help them answers.
I am trained in a variety of modalities including talk therapy, mindfulness/meditation, EMDR, IFS, CBT, DBT, and am constantly striving to increase my knowledge to be able to offer the best care I can to my clients. We’re a team in the work of unraveling the past and finding the connections to current triggers. I want to help you get what you need to thrive.
If this is your first time seeking out therapy, welcome. I know it is all overwhelming. I want you to know you are not alone. There is hope. You are not broken, so you don’t need to be fixed. Everything inside is just mixed up and making it difficult to live your best life. Come in. Let me help you make sense of it all so you can be the best version of you.

Have you already tried traditional talk therapy and felt disappointed by it? Perhaps you are skeptical about trying therapy at all. Either way, I am here to help by holding a safe space for you to explore your inner world with the use of EMDR therapy. Many of the clients I work with suffer from trauma, anxiety, depression, PTSD, life transitions, and come from all walks of life. With clients, I have a compassionate approachable demeanor. Clients warm up to me quickly and I enjoy helping them to reach their goals.
I am here to tell you EMDR therapy is a key ingredient for finally finding some relief! Utilizing bilateral stimulation, we allow the brain to do its work to process memories that become “stuck”, causing fears, anxiety, and depression in our present day lives.
After addressing the past and present we will take control of the future and run protocols to assist with any worry about tomorrow. This amazing work is also easily completed virtually.
