Hello and welcome! If you are here you have already taken the most important step and decided that you are ready to make a change and begin healing. My goal is to support you in achieving your unique goals and provide encouragement to reach your full potential.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who primarily works with teenage and adult clients through a person centered and integrative approach to therapy. In my experience of working with youth and adults who have experienced various forms of trauma and mood disturbances, I find that a flexible approach to treatment can focus on the specific needs you intend to prioritize in our sessions. I utilize a blend of trauma processing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), mindfulness-based approaches, and art therapy to ensure a collaborative therapeutic alliance. I provide therapy services for those struggling with depression, anxiety, stress, relationship and attachment concerns, trauma, school and work related stress, self-esteem issues, and other general mental health concerns.

I believe in the importance of getting in touch with the true Self. Our spiritual lives are a key to how we relate to others and how we understand our life journey. I welcome clients from the full range of the spectrum of belief and provide a safe space to explore spiritual identity. Experiencing faith expansion, faith crisis, or religious trauma can fundamentally shake one’s worldview. Let me help you navigate those life changes in ways that result in growth and greater alignment with your true Self, whether you participate in organised religion or any other form of spirituality.

I am an intern working toward a Masters in Clinical Mental Health at Grand Canyon University. I am honored to be a witness and companion to clients as they discover the answers within themselves.

I welcome all genders and sexual identities in a compassionate, nonjudgmental space.

Hello and welcome! Taking the steps to ask for help in navigating the challenges that life has to offer can be difficult. Oftentimes when we struggle with our mental health, it feels like we’re stuck and alone. It can be daunting trying to take the appropriate steps and process your feelings on your own. My goal as a therapist is to create a safe and supportive environment for my clients. By providing you with guidance and building a genuine connection, I believe we can promote healing and growth.

Therapy is a collaborative journey, and I strive to empower my clients to build resilience, develop insight and acceptance, and utilize their strengths to create a meaningful change in their lives. My passion for working with individuals comes from being alongside them and seeing the positive changes being made, the confidence in themselves being gained, and the personal goals being met.

Whether you're facing anxiety or OCD and are stuck in what feels like a constant cycle of worrying, navigating depression and having trouble with your day-to-day activities, or working to improve your self-esteem or stress management, I'm here to support you in reaching your goals. I see individuals ages 14+. I integrate a variety of therapeutic approaches to provide individualized care, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), exposure and response prevention (ERP), incorporating dialectic behavioral therapy (DBT) skills, and solution-focused therapy, while highlighting the strengths of the individuals I work with. I look forward to meeting you and joining you on your mental health journey! Please don’t hesitate to reach out to me through a phone consultation to address any questions you may have before beginning your therapeutic journey.

I work with teens and adults to help them through struggles with phases of life, dealing with depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, medical issues affecting mental health, general stress, the “I feel like something is wrong with me but I don’t know what it is” struggle, and all the other common things that affect us. I work with families, couples, and individuals who need someone to help balance everything, learn coping and communication skills, and create healthy boundaries. We will process any trauma that may be related and causing additional stress in your life along the way. I love working together with others to help them answers.

I am trained in a variety of modalities including talk therapy, mindfulness/meditation, EMDR, IFS, CBT, DBT, and am constantly striving to increase my knowledge to be able to offer the best care I can to my clients. We’re a team in the work of unraveling the past and finding the connections to current triggers. I want to help you get what you need to thrive.

If this is your first time seeking out therapy, welcome. I know it is all overwhelming. I want you to know you are not alone. There is hope. You are not broken, so you don’t need to be fixed. Everything inside is just mixed up and making it difficult to live your best life. Come in. Let me help you make sense of it all so you can be the best version of you.

I’m currently a counseling intern under the supervision of Chloe Johnston, LPC. I’m passionate about supporting young adults, caregivers, helping professionals, and individuals navigating chronic illness on their journey toward healing and self-discovery.

I specialize in working with adults experiencing anxiety, burnout, life transitions, perfectionism, people-pleasing tendencies, and the impact of past trauma. My goal is to create a space where you feel truly seen, heard, and supported as we work through the challenges affecting your well-being.

I believe in a holistic approach to healing—one that honors your emotional, physical, and spiritual health. Our bodies carry our stories, and healing often involves tending to all aspects of who we are. In our sessions, we’ll explore areas like sleep hygiene, self-care, physical wellness, and personal growth. During our first few sessions, we’ll focus on what matters most to you: identifying your strengths, clarifying your goals, and understanding what you hope to gain from therapy.

With a background in education, I enjoy incorporating creative and engaging activities into our work together. I primarily use a person-centered approach, integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing to support your healing and growth.

As a Christian, I deeply value the role that faith can play in the healing process. If you desire, we can intentionally integrate your spiritual beliefs into our work together—whether that includes prayer, Scripture, or simply creating space to explore how your faith intersects with your mental and emotional health. I believe that faith can be a powerful source of strength, hope, and identity, and I’m honored to walk alongside you in that journey if it’s important to you.

I look forward to getting to know you, walking with you through this season, and helping you discover what healing and thriving look like for you.

Have you already tried traditional talk therapy and felt disappointed by it? Perhaps you are skeptical about trying therapy at all. Either way, I am here to help by holding a safe space for you to explore your inner world with the use of my favorite modalities: EMDR and IFS therapy. Many of the clients I work with suffer from trauma, anxiety, depression, PTSD, life transitions, and come from all walks of life. With clients, I have a compassionate approachable demeanor. Clients warm up to me quickly and I enjoy helping them to reach their goals.

EMDR and IFS informed therapies are key ingredients for finally finding some relief! Utilizing bilateral stimulation, we allow the brain to do its best work to process memories that become “stuck”, causing fears, anxiety, and depression in our present day lives.

After addressing the past and present we will take control of the future and run future oriented protocols to assist with any worry about tomorrow. This amazing work is also easily completed virtually as well.

I help people who have made mistakes & want to work through those with someone who has heard worse or more embarrassing stories than yours. I also help people rebuild their sense of self-worth after experiencing abusive relationships. With me, you can process painful experiences in a safe space, learn how to control intense emotions & increase inner calmness while decreasing negative energy.

I offer a way to rebuild trust & belief in yourself and your value, regardless of your past, what life has thrown at you or what others may have told you. I use Cognitive or Metacognitive therapy to help calm the mind and decrease anxiety, Motivational Interviewing to provide helpful insights & DBT skill building to provide tools for managing emotional stress.

I have my own story that I worked through to regain my sense of self-worth and personal value. This is why I love helping people work through painful memories to discover new truths and helpful, healthy perspectives. Learn how to live life with your story, not defined by it. I’m here if you are ready to share yours, be believed, undo twisted truths you’ve been told and heal so that emotions are helpful, not painful, or out of control. It takes work and it's worth it!

I see individuals who are 16+ on Saturdays and Sundays – telehealth only.

Hi! Each of us walks our own path. I primarily use IFS (Internal Family Systems) and can help you reconnect and build relationships with all parts of yourself. I can offer you a pathway to your inner world and journey alongside you as we rediscover what was lost, returning to parts stranded in dark corners of the past with tenderness and compassion. The majority of my experience includes working with childhood trauma, neglect, depression, anxiety, codependency and grief. As a first-generation Middle Eastern American, I wholeheartedly understand adverse experiences, cultural burdens and identity conflicts that keep us feeling lost.

I am trained by the Internal Family Systems Institute as an IFS therapist. I am also heavily influenced by Person-Centered and Psychodynamic theories of the psyche, as well as Jungian Analysis. I believe understanding and processing the past using compassion and deep curiosity is the key to living with fulfillment in the present.

In my free time, I like collecting and listening to vinyl, going to concerts, writing, and reading books & manga. As we work together, my intention is to help you heal connections that may have been buried away because of trauma, abuse, and dysfunctional relationships. Feel free to reach out for a free phone consultation!

 Hi, I’m Matt Doxey.

I know reaching out for therapy can feel like a big (and sometimes scary) step. It’s not always easy to open up to someone new—especially when you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or just not like yourself. My goal is to make that first step a little easier.

I’m currently completing my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Northern Arizona University, where I’m training to support clients through a variety of challenges. I work primarily with adults ages 18–55, creating a warm, judgment-free space where you can feel truly heard and supported. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, life transitions, past hurts, or simply the messiness of everyday life, I’m here to walk alongside you.

Some of my areas of interest include:

• Religious trauma and faith transitions

• OCD, anxiety, and depression

• Trauma and healing work

• Spirituality and the mind–body connection

• Nutrition, physical health, and mental health

• Mindfulness and self-compassion practices

I have training in CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed approaches through the Arizona Trauma Institute, and I’m continuing to explore other modalities such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, and mindfulness-based stress reduction.

Outside of the counseling room, I love spending time outdoors—whether hiking, boating, or paddleboarding—and cherishing time with my wife and kids.

If you’re feeling ready to take that first step, I’d be honored to meet you, hear your story, and walk with you toward healing and growth. You don’t have to go through it alone.
